At ConvertAgent ("we," "us," or "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data we process. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our AI automation services, website, and associated tools.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our AI automation services effectively. This includes:

    Account & BillingName, email address, password, and payment information (processed securely via Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

    Store IntelligenceWhen you connect a store, we crawl public product information (titles, descriptions, prices, inventory status, and policies) to create embeddings for your AI agent.

    Social Interaction DataWe access comments, mentions, and posts from your connected accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) via official APIs. We never ask for or store your social media passwords.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to deliver the ConvertAgent service:

  • Generating AI responses
  • Hiding spam & toxicity
  • Sentiment analytics
  • Service improvements
  • Billing & invoicing
  • Security monitoring

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the infrastructure providers necessary to run our service:

4. Data Retention & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), to protect your data.

Retention Policy: We retain comment logs and analytics for the duration of your active subscription to provide history. If you delete your account, we delete your connected credentials and crawled store data immediately.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location (including GDPR for EU users and CCPA for California users), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can manage your connected accounts directly inside the ConvertAgent dashboard or contact us to request full data deletion.
