By creating an account or accessing ConvertAgent ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

ConvertAgent provides AI-powered automation tools for e-commerce merchants. This includes:

  • A.Crawling and indexing your public website data (products, prices, policies).
  • B.Monitoring comments on connected social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • C.Generating and posting automated replies or hiding comments based on your settings.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that use the Service for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or violations of third-party platform policies (e.g., Meta or TikTok terms).

4. Billing & Subscriptions

    SubscriptionsService is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

    CancellationYou may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. Access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

    RefundsPayments are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service or unused feature limits.

5. Platform Compliance (Meta/TikTok)

ConvertAgent interacts with third-party platforms. By using our Service, you acknowledge:

ComplianceYou must adhere to the Terms of Service of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. We are not responsible if your social accounts are restricted due to your own actions.
IndependenceConvertAgent is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or ByteDance.

6. AI Disclaimer (Accuracy)

Please Read Carefully

Our Service uses Artificial Intelligence (LLMs) to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy by grounding the AI in your website data, AI can make mistakes ("hallucinations").

  • The AI may occasionally provide incorrect prices, stock levels, or policy information.
  • You are responsible for monitoring the AI's output, particularly during the initial setup phase.
  • ConvertAgent is not liable for financial losses resulting from incorrect AI-generated offers or promises (e.g., selling an item for $0).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvertAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.
